  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of sale or sharing by adjusting cookie preferences in your browser or device settings, by enabling a recognized browser-based opt-out signal such as GPC, or by contacting us at [email protected]. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, know, and obtain a copy of your personal information; request deletion; correct inaccuracies; receive information about our data practices; opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, and certain profiling; restrict or limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent); and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California Residents: You have the right to know (categories and specific pieces), delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, subject to exceptions. You also have rights under California’s "Shine the Light" law regarding certain disclosures of personal information for direct marketing.

For Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut residents, you may appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing "Appeal" to [email protected]. We will inform you of the outcome of the appeal and how to escalate concerns.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements; resolve disputes; and enforce agreements. We consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes of processing, and applicable legal requirements when determining retention periods. Where feasible, we de-identify or aggregate data or delete it when no longer needed.

Information Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

International Users and Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to lawfully transfer personal data and will take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information may contact us at [email protected].

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Our services do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We make reasonable efforts to honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of sale or sharing, where applicable.

Financial Incentives

We do not currently offer financial incentives or price/quality differences in exchange for personal information. If we offer such programs in the future, we will provide a description of the material terms, how to opt in, and how to withdraw, consistent with applicable law.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
